We store what the chat needs: email, usage (logins, room joins), technical data (browser, device, IP). We don’t sell mailing lists for fun.

Purpose: run the service, keep it from being abused, fix the obvious breakage. Cookies: session and security. Browser settings still win.

We pass data to a processor only when the law or the actual hosting/payment stack requires it. Retention follows the purpose or a legal clock, then delete or lock.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection. Mail is enough. You can also complain to a data-protection authority.
